Drilling Machine art. 530
The Ravetti® drilling machines are characterized by:
- Lead screw and threaded body
- Manual feed
- Manual rotation with the possibility of pneumatic or hydraulic motorization (see the motors section)
- Working traverse end locked by safety pins
- Threaded valve connection
- Optional adaptors available for PN or ANSI valves
- Optional thin thread version for drilling up to 64bar for models 530 – 330/1000
- Optional stainless steel or aluminum alloy construction versions
Drilling machine for DN 1″ to 6″ on steel, cast iron, polyethylene and cement/asbestos pipes with pressure up to 40 bar.
This model is suitable for 1″-6″ drilling with pressure up to 40 bar through long body ball valves (up to 533 mm). Adapters are available with PN 16 – PN 25 – ASA 150 – ASA 300 flange, complete with o-ring seals. Supplied with metal box, ratchet and wrenches, HSS saws mod. TA up to 3′ and mod. TAD from 4′ to 6 ‘ for size-to-size drilling of steel and cast iron pipes.
